The buckets, balls, and drumsticks have been used daily for cardio drumfit fitness. Especially for students who use walkers and wheelchairs! It has allowed them to work out their upper body while sitting in a chair. The gymnastics mats are used daily for yoga/gymnastics or padding for a child when they need to be on the floor for an activity.\r\n\r\nStudents have been challenged when using the wooden balance beam. When I take it out, the bright colors excite them and motivate them to try again, even when they fall off continuously. The inflatable hopper has successfully been used to encourage positive behavior in class. When students finish a task, they get a few minutes to use the hopper.\r\n\r\nI appreciate your donation; It has given my students more opportunities. Getting adaptive items can be challenging, and the city offers many physical items to teachers but not items that are accessible to my students.
