They are excited to work in partnerships to craft creative solutions to real world problems. They love learning about STEAM with options that are screen-free. \r\n\r\nThe next steps are to create dedicated stations when all the students are capable of working on these projects in small groups. We have arranged the mini-whiteboards in the back of the classroom using the answer board supply holder. I love that it can hold the markers and erasers as well. Students can grab and go all of the supplies needed with efficiency for our math Fluency drills. I am in the process of sorting out the seat sacks and the pocket chart. The privacy partitions have not yet arrived but will be helpful for my students who are easily distracted. The metal bookends are so helpful with keeping our books organized. But the donation that is getting the most use it the large timer. Students love seeing it work and can visibly see how much time is left. I spend that on paper towel, hand soap, facial tissues, and sanitizer alone. I spend an additional $200 alone on pretzels!
