This work entailed continued reading intervention with the same student as practicum 1. The intervention included phonics work through UFLI program as well as vocabulary, handwriting and morphology. Overall the student has made steady gains. The students are enjoying the different characters and the entertaining aspect of the program. For student with weak working memory, making meaningful connections help with the storage of information. The program targets phonology, orthography, semantics, syntax, understanding and morphology to address fluency and comprehension.
