To say that this machine is a game changer does not do it justice.\r\n\r\nThe printer has served up until recently as the primary producer of 3D printed parts for our school's FIRST Robotics Competition team for the 2026 season. It has transitioned to classroom duty and will stay put in its permanent home.\r\n\r\nWhere the Bambulabs printer excels for the price point is the extreme ease of use. Our team's learning began immediately upon unboxing. This task, along with set up and calibration, was handed to our programming sub-team, who tackled the task with gusto.\r\n\r\nBefore long, the printer was up and running and the learning began in earnest. After school teaching sessions about CAD basics, how to create printable parts, materials and their appropriate settings--heat, support, infill, etc.--began to be an almost daily event.\r\n\r\nDuring our season-ending meeting, one of the student requests was to expand the CAD and 3D printer training and inclusion into our team's functioning and fabrication process.\r\n\r\nHonestly, this level of excitement and learning would not have been possible without the Bambulabs printer.
