It led to great conversations about bearded dragons and how their environment supports their growth and survival.\r\n\r\nWe've started having a different pet helper each week to help take care of Meatball, and the students take that role very seriously. They love seeing him every day and learning more about his needs, which connects naturally to our science lessons about living organisms and habitats.
