The students love having the snacks available—they help keep them feeling full, energized, and ready to learn throughout the day. I also appreciate the cleaning wipes so much, as they help us keep our classroom clean, healthy, and welcoming. One of my favorite moments was during small-group reading last week when a student said, \"I can focus better now that I'm not hungry,\" and another student proudly helped wipe down the table before the next group rotated in. These small routines have helped my students feel cared for and responsible for our classroom environment.\r\n\r\nWhen my students first saw the materials, they were beyond excited. Many of them cheered when they saw the snacks and immediately asked if they could help organize everything. They were just as grateful for the wipes—they love helping keep our space tidy and safe. As we move forward, our next steps include continuing to build reading stamina and strengthening our small-group routines during our current literacy unit. These resources make it easier for students to stay focused, maintain their energy, and take pride in their learning space. The new storage helps my students easily find their leveled materials, which has made our routines smoother and more independent. They especially love the comfortable chair—so much that we vote for a \"Mini Teacher of the Day,\" who gets to sit in the special chair and help classmates gather their materials. One of my favorite moments happened during small-group reading when our Mini Teacher proudly modeled how to return books neatly and helped peers select the right decodables. The excitement and ownership the students have shown have been incredible, and the organization has truly made reading feel fun, calm, and inviting.\r\n\r\nWhen the students first saw the new materials, they were absolutely over the moon. They kept saying how organized and \"grown-up\" everything felt, and several said it looked like a real reading lounge. Their enthusiasm hasn't faded—they use the resources daily as we build stamina, rotate through stations, and begin our new informational text unit. These materials are helping them become more confident, focused, and motivated readers. Your support has made a significant impact on our students, particularly those with special needs such as autism and ADHD.\r\n\r\nThe project you funded aimed to enhance the learning environment for all students in our class, with a focus on supporting the unique needs of our students. With your contribution, we were able to integrate graphic novels into our classroom library, providing a valuable resource that caters to diverse learning styles and engages students at various reading levels. The graphic novels have proven to be instrumental in improving literacy skills, sparking interest in reading, and fostering a love for storytelling among our students.\r\n\r\nAdditionally, your funding enabled us to acquire room partitions that have transformed our classroom space into a more inclusive and accommodating environment for students that struggle with focusing.
