These magazines will continue to enhance my instruction and help my students to make real-world connections through literacy. Students will be using the magazines each week during our Enrichment class to learn more about current events and dive deeper into reading and language arts topics like text features, and more. With these new magazines, my students will be able to learn these topics in a new and more exciting way, while also making connections and staying up to date on current events! The online component that comes with the subscription will also be a great addition to our growing digital classroom. Students will be able to complete activities and read bonus articles using the online site. This will help to enhance and diversify the delivery of my instruction, while also helping students to become more comfortable using technology that many of them do not have access to at home.
