Because of your contributions, we were able to purchase a Kan Jam Frisbee game set, and it has made an immediate and meaningful impact on our students. With the warmer weather, we've been able to take our classes outside, and Kan Jam has quickly become one of the most popular activities we've done all year. Students are actively engaged, moving, competing, and—most importantly—having fun while developing teamwork and coordination skills.\r\n\r\nOne of the best moments came on the first day we introduced the game. As soon as students saw the equipment set up outside, there was an instant buzz of excitement. Many had never played before, but within minutes they were encouraging teammates, celebrating great throws, and asking if we could play again the next day. It was a great reminder of how the right equipment can spark enthusiasm and create a positive, active environment. We've been using Kan Jam as part of a backyard games unit, allowing students to rotate through activities and build skills in a fun, low-pressure setting.\r\n\r\nMoving forward, we plan to continue incorporating Kan Jam into our outdoor units while also expanding on teamwork, communication, and strategy-based lessons. Students will begin organizing small tournaments, practicing sportsmanship, and even helping lead and teach the game to their peers. Your donation has not only provided equipment, but also created opportunities for leadership, collaboration, and lifelong enjoyment of physical activity.
