We used the jumper during our end of the year field day as well as during summer school when we were unable to go outside due to air quality and the heat. The waterfall wall was a fun alternative for those students who did not want to get wet during water days. The greatest hit was the splash pad. The students, and staff as well, had a great time running through, standing in, or sitting in the splash pad during our end of the year celebration and summer school water days.\r\n\r\nThank you so much for your contributions to the project and to the happiness of the students in our classroom, the early childhood program, and summer school participants. It has been a joy watching them explore with tools and a variety of tactile items such as play doh and sand dough. \r\nOur students are able to make choices of what they want through a low tech communication device and feel the sense of independence when choosing their activity. The students are able to learn by observing adult modeling or their peer models. They are able to practice their fine motor skills, crossing midline, and using both hands simultaneously.
