Snack rewards are the most effective for reenforcing desired behaviors, and students will work hard and \"lock in\" to earn them. \r\n\r\nNot only am I seeing an improvement in my student's behavior, but they're also making gains with their learning. For students like mine who often have a negative relationship with school due to their deficits, this is HUGE. \r\n\r\nJust recently they completed a diagnostic with the promise of Class Cash (aka snack money) for every gain they made. Let me just say that I'm running out of Class Cash because they are putting their all into their diagnostic. \r\n\r\nThank you again for supporting my students.
