It has calmed them down quickly and made them able to return to class quicker. Because of confidentiality, I can not show pics of the students hitting the bag. \r\n\r\nI myself am a Golden Gloves Boxer and am able to show them proper technique and counsel at the same time. This bag has really helped my students with anger issues better then anything I had before this.
