The side kick tool has been a huge benefit as many of the students feel that it helps loosen the tension in their muscles. The ankle board has been the biggest help for students. They now realize that it has made a great difference in their recovery. \r\nThe resistance bands have been a regular staple on our team, and the toe bands being new have been a great learning experience as well.
