The side kick tool has been a huge benefit as many of the students feel that it helps loosen the tension in their muscles. The ankle board has been the biggest help for students. Many did not realize that their ankles were weak and possibly leading to injuries. They now realize that it has made a great difference in their recovery. \r\nThe resistance bands have been a regular staple on our team, and the toe bands being new have been a great learning experience as well. We have been able to get more kids increasing their strength and turn over for their runs.
