When the students first saw the supplies, they couldn't wait to start using them and were eager to learn how everything connected to our lessons about nature, plants, and pollinators.\r\n\r\nOne memorable classroom moment was when we read the bee book together and discussed the important role bees play in helping flowers grow. The students asked thoughtful questions and made connections between bees, gardens, and the environment. After our discussion, they were excited to use the watering cans to help care for our classroom garden plants.\r\n\r\nThe spring wood ornaments have been a wonderful creative extension of our learning. Students enjoyed painting the ornaments with bright colors and nature-inspired designs, while talking about the signs of spring and the importance of pollinators. They were proud to show off their finished creations and share what they had learned.\r\n\r\nOur next steps are to continue exploring plant life cycles, pollinators, and garden care.
