This class set of books will provide students the materials they need to complete daily assignments in my classroom during our whole class novel study. These books will help students further develop their critical thinking skills, increase reading comprehension, encourage text to self-connections, and a spark a love for reading in many of my students. Students in my classroom have never been able to work with whole class novel studies before and I know they will love having the opportunity to work closely and collaborate with their peers on a daily basis in reading class! Any help to get this project started in my class will be so appreciated! My students have a lack of enjoyment of reading because what they read does not appeal to them and is not relevant to them. More often than not, they cannot relate to the characters.
