I am incredibly grateful for the puzzle table, 1,000-piece puzzle, and whiteboards that you donated to help us build a more engaging and interactive Thinking Classroom.\r\n\r\nThese materials may seem simple, but they will make a meaningful difference in our students' daily learning experiences. In our classroom, I want students to do more than simply memorize formulas or complete worksheets. I want them to think, problem-solve, collaborate, communicate, and challenge themselves. The materials you provided will help make that possible.\r\n\r\nThe puzzle table and 1,000-piece puzzle are especially exciting because they provide students with a fun and productive activity during those little moments throughout the school day. Sometimes students finish an assignment early, need a short mental break, or simply need something different to challenge their brains. Instead of sitting around or immediately reaching for a phone, students can work together on the puzzle. They can look for patterns, develop strategies, communicate with one another, and experience the satisfaction of solving a problem piece by piece.\r\n\r\nPuzzles are a wonderful reminder that there is often more than one way to approach a problem. Students have to use patience, persistence, spatial reasoning, and critical thinking. Most importantly, they are keeping their brains working while having fun. I love seeing students become invested in a puzzle and watching them celebrate when they finally find that one piece they have been searching for!\r\n\r\nThe whiteboards will also be an important part of our Thinking Classroom. They allow students to work collaboratively, share their ideas, make mistakes, erase them, and try again without the fear of getting everything perfect on the first attempt. Whiteboards encourage students to get their thinking out of their heads and into a format that they can discuss with their classmates and with me. They make the classroom more interactive and give every student an opportunity to participate.\r\n\r\nYour generosity is helping me create a classroom where students are encouraged to be curious, take risks, persevere through challenges, and enjoy the process of thinking. You are not simply providing classroom supplies—you are helping create opportunities for students to learn in ways that are engaging, meaningful, and fun.\r\n\r\nThank you for investing in my students and in our classroom. I truly appreciate your generosity and the thoughtfulness behind these donations. I know that these materials will be used every day and will bring countless opportunities for students to think, collaborate, problem-solve, and, of course, have a little fun along the way!","fullyFundedDate":1788909228242,"projectUrl":"project/keeping-the-minds-moving/10594237/","projectTitle":"Keeping the Minds Moving","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Monsen","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-2_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/419862"},{"teacherId":597112,"projectId":10134179,"letterContent":"What started as a simple idea to help students in need transformed into one of the most impactful spaces in our school. Before the clothing closet opened, many students struggled with the anxiety of wearing the same outfit day after day. That worry didn't stay in the hallway—it followed them into the classroom, affecting their concentration, participation, and attendance.\r\n\r\nThanks to your support, the closet gave students something far greater than just a change of clothes: dignity and choice.\r\n\r\nWalking into a clean, organized space with clothes neatly displayed on racks made students feel like shoppers, not charity recipients. We watched students step into the halls with renewed confidence, heads held high in outfits they chose themselves. By removing the burden of clothing insecurity, this project allowed our students to focus on what matters most—learning, growing, and enjoying their high school experience.","fullyFundedDate":1779014242743,"projectUrl":"project/the-infinite-wardrobe-community-sourced/10134179/","projectTitle":"The Infinite Wardrobe: Community-sourced, Student-focused","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Kelly","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-7_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/597112"},{"teacherId":354767,"projectId":10190942,"letterContent":"The bean bags were delivered early in the morning. They are comfortable, easy to move around, and a great place to do math. Students were choosing to complete their classwork on them. This technology has fundamentally transformed our creative environment by bridging the gap between digital concepts and tangible reality. For the first time, our students are experiencing the thrill of seeing their original artwork move beyond the glowing confines of a computer screen and onto physical mediums like apparel, ceramics, and metal.\r\n\r\nThe impact of this addition is visible in the renewed energy within our classroom. Transitioning from a flat digital file to a high-quality physical product allows students to better understand the nuances of color theory, material science, and industrial design. Not only are we able to keep our students experience with the latest kitchen appliances we can expand culinary repertoire beyond what we would be able to do with a stove and oven.\r\nOur students would like to thank everyone that helped raise the money we needed to purchase our air fryer for our classroom, they will be grateful for your kindness every time we enjoy a meal from the air fryer.","fullyFundedDate":1765311898130,"projectUrl":"project/lets-cook/9903781/","projectTitle":"Let’s Cook!","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Geltzeiler","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-7_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10353613"},{"teacherId":354767,"projectId":9820013,"letterContent":"Thank you very much for your donations to our classroom project.
