I have been pleasantly surprised with how just a few supplies added to the classroom would change the environment to a more warm, comfortable, and engaging place for my students to thrive it. \r\n\r\nI can't believe how much they love the items that were donated, to the point that they ask to use them on their own. They especially love to utilize the green and white bean bag cushion in the calming corner, they use the headphones when doing tests or they need to listen to music while completing assignments, and they love the noise canceling headphones as well. They love to use the easel rolling board as well when showing their work or there is free time. Sometimes they even borrow them when going to other classes which makes me feel good. They use the pencils often as they often forget to bring their own from home. They also love using the scented markers to complete creative group work, chart paper assignments to show their personalities through their art. The highlighters are used often for annotations in their textbooks.\r\n\r\nWhen I was ordering supplies I had a vision of how I wanted my classroom to run and because of your donation, it is more than I could have imagined. The students love being in my room and it even helps with classroom structure and management. You have allowed me to step into the educator I wanted to be.
