It means the world to me and my students that people (you!) care enough about education to support us. \r\n\r\nAll of the items are put to good use every day!! You can hear the bells and chimes from all the way across campus, bringing music and magic to everyone walking by. The drums may not be nearly as pleasant to hear, but the children love them and have such a wonderful time creating songs and learning about rhythm, and having permission to make noise. \r\n\r\nThe yoga mats are used most often by our older students, to rest, stretch, meditate, or practice poses and flows with their friends. I am even able to share them with our P.E. Teacher, who finds them to be rather helpful in lessons. \r\n\r\nThe journals are part of a work to teach children about nature journaling and connecting with the outdoors. My students have been so excited and passionate about this project. Because of your kindness, our school now has a working kiln—and it has already made a world of difference. Our students are absolutely thrilled to be creating 3D clay art projects, something that was previously out of reach for us. The excitement on their faces when they found out we could now fire their clay creations was truly priceless.\r\n\r\nSince receiving the kiln, our art room has been buzzing with energy and creativity. The students love getting their hands dirty, building everything from whimsical animals to functional pottery pieces.
