My students now have more engaging games and activities to play with all while still learning! It is amazing to see how engaged they are at building words and using the cubes to work on numbers and counting. It takes our learning to a whole new level and also makes it fun and engaging. \r\n\r\nLearning happens best with our kindergarten student when they have manipulatives and things to hold and visually see what the concept. They are also able to be creative and use their imagination as they work together to build things. When they arrived there were whispers about what was in the box. As I explained about my project and how people had donated to give us new stools one student exclaimed, \"Wow, that was so nice of them!\" They could not believe that someone would be so thoughtful. \r\n\r\nOur wobble stools have become a valuable part of our everyday classroom routines. Students use them during small group instruction to support their focus. The energy constantly present in my students can be funneled through their wobbling and I have seen great improvements. Additionally, some students have used them to help their minds and bodies reset after bursts of energy or high emotions. \r\n\r\nI'm thrilled to watch the effects of these stools continue to play out.
