Using the magnetic letters, they were able to break the word into sounds, blend it together, and then proudly read it out loud. Moments like that are happening more and more as students gain confidence through hands-on practice.\r\n\r\nWhen my students first saw the materials, they were immediately excited and eager to use them. The colorful, interactive pieces made learning feel like play, and even my most hesitant readers were engaged right away. Students love being able to move the letters, fix their mistakes, and try again without fear. This has created a positive learning environment where they feel safe taking risks and growing as readers.\r\n\r\nAs we continue our phonics work, these resources will support students as they move into more complex spelling patterns and longer words. We will keep using them in small groups, partner activities, and independent practice to strengthen decoding and writing skills.
