They immediately wanted to open the games and try them out. One of my favorite moments was when a group of students used the Guess Who game to practice asking and answering questions in complete sentences. They were so engaged that they didn't even realize how much language practice they were getting in.\r\n\r\nThe Play-Doh and stacking game have been a big hit during our small group time. Students use Play-Doh to build vocabulary words or model concepts we are learning, while the stacking game has become a fun way to practice turn-taking, strategy, and critical thinking. Even the expo markers and erasers have made a huge difference—students love using the whiteboards to solve math problems or quickly sketch their ideas during lessons.\r\n\r\nAs we move forward, our next step is to use the dice and checkers for math centers. Students will roll dice to practice number sentences, multiplication, and probability, while checkers will be incorporated into problem-solving and strategy lessons. These resources are not only helping students learn, but also encouraging collaboration, communication, and creativity in the classroom.\r\n\r\nThank you again for giving my students these meaningful opportunities—they feel so proud to learn in a classroom filled with fun, hands-on materials!","fullyFundedDate":1746247692927,"projectUrl":"project/play-and-practice/9295287/","projectTitle":"Play and Practice!","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Ragland","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp4599890_orig.jpg?crop=481,481,x0,y78&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1645644583739","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/4599890"},{"teacherId":9834258,"projectId":9254533,"letterContent":"I wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for your generous donation of books.
