This allows students to hear familiar voices reading stories, retell their own stories, or share personal experiences, which builds confidence, communication skills, and ownership over their learning.\r\n\r\nNext, we plan to extend this project by having students create their own storyboards, act out the stories they listen to, and record their own versions on the Tonies figurines. Are they go on our blackboard or by the Promethean board and it's usually the pencil and the crayons and the notebook or paper? It's a visual for the students to know what they need. The grade book has helped me tremendously with the three weeks of school that we have been in with each task in less than that we have done so far. I usually don't do a grade book but I'm glad I decided to get a grade book this year because we went to a new software system and it's not everything that we thought it was going to be so having a paper hardcopy will mean when the system is acting right I will be able to put grades in correctly. I had to choose a replacement item because one of them was out of stock and I chose a laptop stand pink and it's cute. Just hearing them talk to themselves, that's a big achievement because most of my students are considered nonverbal and receive speech in language services. The replacements that I picked was a speaker to go with a Promethean board because the Promethean board is so old and the sound is so low the binders were out of stock, but I was able to find other binders as a replacement And I was able to get to Wi-Fi extenders because we are in the basement and the Wi-Fi signal is very low. We can already tell the difference with the Wi-Fi extender. It has made a huge difference.
