We appreciate your support very much! Your donation of snacks provided another moment for our students to gather, reflect, snack and ultimately grow as young leaders! \r\n\r\nAt the beginning of our Snack & Grow gathering, I explained to our middle schoolers that someone had donated snacks for them. I read your note to them letting them know that you believe in them. It was priceless to see their faces that expressed, \"Wow, I matter to someone out there!\" \"Someone cares about me and wants to see me grow.\" It was a special moment to witness. \r\n\r\nAs you may imagine, many of our students face challenges that can affect their education. Thus, we hope that our leadership project can continue to grow as an outlet that offers students to grow in experience, skills, confidence, good character and much more. This month, we had 50 leaders participating! \r\n\r\nIn the pictures, you will see students in various leadership roles around the school. You will also see pictures of our Snack & Grow where we first gather in the gym to reflect on a topic. This month, we talked about choices. Previous months, we've had guest speakers from the community. The other pictures will show our snack time!
