My students have been so excited to have such nice materials to complete their 3-D projects. We have been able to undertake many fun and informative art assignments thanks to your generous donations!\r\n\r\n1st grade students sculpted their clay snakes with habitats, and they were so excited to take them home this week for their first sculpture project. While 3rd-4th designed their individualized cartouches with Egyptian hieroglyphics and have been wearing them. 2nd grade is about to start their Pueblo inspired clay pot for Native American Heritage month, while the K students will be making their texture necklace from the clay when we get back from fall break. Students have been loving the kinetic sand and the play doh centers. \r\nThese materials have not only enhanced this 2026-27 semester but will also be used for projects in the upcoming school year. Every assignment in art is project based and requires a plethora of materials. Thanks to your generous donation, we have been able to create art with top-notch materials. Their fine-motor skills and cultural understandings are enriched when utilizing the creating projects.
