My students are so little. It is just really hard for them to sit still so our flexible seating will assist with their wiggles. I have several students who this is their first year in school. By having a working listening center, students will pick a book and be able to sit on a seat of their choice from our flexible seating area. My students are just learning to put letters together to make words. I would love to foster that love for learning by providing them a listening center with unique seats. My students love to listen to me read. What better way to foster the love of reading than to provide books with cd that they can listen to with headphones to help minimize the noise in the room to help them stay focused.
