Many of my students had never experienced activities like this before, so having the opportunity to safely practice balance, coordination, and movement skills was incredibly exciting for them. The scooter boards quickly became a favorite activity, and they have helped make physical education and outdoor play more engaging and accessible for all learners.\r\n\r\nThe water table has also been an amazing addition to our classroom environment. It has allowed cooperative play for up to four students at a time while encouraging communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Students naturally work together as they pour, measure, experiment, and create during sensory play activities.
