Having the Monopoly games to be able to practice transactions made the process more enjoyable. We expanded into less cash (equity) and gave the option for a bank loan, then produced financial statements. Even though they had to record while they played and had the additional assignment afterwards (financial statements), the kids still wanted to play and looked forward to when we can do it again. \r\n After playing, I gave the students a feedback form and it was overwhelmingly positive. I had 63% that said that the game did help them and gave them an opportunity to ask me or their neighbors to increase their knowledge in transactions. There were 21% that said that they were able to help there classmates gain a better understanding and the remaining 16% said that they felt comfortable with transactions prior to playing. The majority of students grew in their understanding as a direct result of having these resources. Thank you again for the investment that you made, it will continue to have returns for years to come as I teach subsequent classes and allow them the opportunity to learn using the tools you provided. \r\n Respectfully, J.
