They weren't sure what to expect when they first saw the owl pellets, but they quickly realized how awesome it was to investigate what was inside the owl pellet. \r\n\r\nIt's so nice to be able to look at the bones of mice, rats, moles, etc. so student's can compare those to the anatomy of humans, as well as learn about food webs. It's a way to connect the real word to science instead of just reading about it. \r\n\r\nThis lab is always my student's favorite lab. It's the lab that helps them fall in love with science. I have done this lab for years, and with the rising cost of supplies for this lab, it wouldn't be possible without donors like yourself. \r\n\r\nI'll be honest, this is my favorite lab as a teacher as well. It helps to keep me motivated for my students to enjoy what I am teaching.
