They absolutely love being rewarded with kinetic sand time. Some of the students require additional assistance with emotional regulation and the Needoh funpack cubes really help them with fidgeting while deescalating. As the students have played with the CVC games purchased, they have been introduced to new fun ways to learn how to read, spell, sound out, decode, segment and blend simple cvc words. The pop-its have also helped with counting goals for our youngest group of kiddos, some that are non verbal and they have started to count aloud while playing with the pop-it 10 frames. \r\nAs I am a Special Education Teacher, I work in a learning center. Our Speech team is also utilizing some of the tools for rewards or sensory breaks. The sentence frames puzzles have helped with students that need support with their writing goals. Some students have even started to ask to play with the cvc pop it games during their earned free time because they find it so enjoyable.
