Every item so generously donated has already been put to good use. My early communicators have loved exploring all of their new toys and books during our speech-language therapy sessions. We use the giant foam blocks to build towers and knock them down while learning vocabulary for colors and shapes. We play Pop the Pig to target turn-taking, colors, numbers, and core words (e.g., \"Eat!\"). The Play-Doh letter stampers have made speech sound drills *much* more enjoyable. Piles of animal counters have allowed us to target action words like \"jump\", \"run\", and \"swim\" as well as position words such as \"under\" and \"behind\". Funny books with eye-catching illustrations are always a hit. The pirate treasure set and kinetic sand construction site provide opportunities for extra surprises hidden inside, which all of my students love! \r\n\r\nHaving these new options available in my therapy closet has made all the difference this academic quarter. Many of my students are novelty-seekers (don't we all get tired of doing the same old thing?), so having these new, highly-engaging materials in the mix really helps keep my learners engaged and excited to come to speech. I'm sure as time goes on, these materials will continue to be well-loved: many of my students have already found their go-to items, and make a beeline for these materials as soon as they walk in the door. Your kindness and thoughtfulness have made an incredible difference in our classroom, and I cannot thank you enough for supporting our students in such a meaningful way.\r\n\r\nEvery day, I see firsthand how the right supplies and a healthy snack can transform a student's ability to focus, participate, and learn. Your donation has helped create a classroom environment where students feel valued, prepared, and ready to succeed. It's amazing how something as simple as a granola bar or a fresh set of markers can brighten a student's day and remind them that people like you care deeply about their education and well-being.\r\n\r\nMany of our students come to school eager to learn but may not always have access to the supplies they need or a snack to help them stay energized throughout the day. Thanks to your generosity, those worries have been eased. Students are now able to grab a snack when they need one, helping them stay focused during lessons. They also have access to the pencils, notebooks, folders, and other materials that allow them to take pride in their work and participate fully in classroom activities.\r\n\r\nYour donation has done more than fill our shelves—it has filled our hearts with gratitude. It has reminded our students that their community believes in them and wants to see them succeed. That message is powerful, especially for children who may be facing challenges outside the classroom. Your gift helps build their confidence and reinforces the idea that education is a shared effort between teachers, students, families, and generous supporters like you.\r\n\r\nI've already seen the positive effects in our classroom atmosphere. Students are more motivated and cooperative, and there's a renewed sense of excitement about learning. When a student opens a new pack of crayons or enjoys a snack before starting an assignment, their smile says it all. These small but meaningful moments add up to a big impact, and it's all thanks to your compassion and generosity.\r\n\r\nOn behalf of all of us—students, staff, and families—thank you for choosing to make a difference. Your support helps us continue to nurture a safe, welcoming, and inspiring learning environment where every child feels seen and supported.\r\n\r\nPlease know that your contribution is not only appreciated but deeply valued. You have helped create lasting memories and opportunities for growth that extend far beyond the classroom walls. The majority of my students are non-speaking or early communicators: that means I have tons of toys and visuals which can easily wind up... well, everywhere! These storage solutions help maintain a tidy and organized space, which supports my students' attention and regulation during our speech-language therapy sessions. Having all of my materials contained but visible in transparent storage provides great opportunities to spark interest, make choices, and inspire spontaneous communication. It also helps me efficiently grab-and-go for push-in sessions across campus, and to keep materials organized when I travel to provide services at other schools.\r\n\r\nMy students know that they will be able to find what they are looking for in my therapy closet. That means reduced frustration (for everyone!), increased confidence, and more independence. Some of these storage solutions can be hard for little hands to open, and so they have actually become therapy materials in their own right: getting a box out from the bottom of the stack or navigating a tricky latch allows us to target core words such as \"more\", \"open\", and \"help\" in functional, highly meaningful ways.\r\n\r\nAs a busy Speech-Language Pathologist who often runs sessions straight through the entire school day, these organization and storage solutions have been invaluable to me this school year. I feel more efficient and far less scattered, which allows me to be more present with my students and to provide more effective therapy. My amazing students deserve my best. On, Fridays, almost every student is interacting in imaginative play with the small town we have built. There are bins of bricks to use for exploration and many students integrate other toys into the imaginative play. The addition of the painting easel has been very impactful. I use calligraphy scrolls on each side with water cups and different size brushes to allow for creative expression. They quickly dry and are ready to be used again in minutes! Because they are the perfect height and slide quietly, the stools also help create a calm, focused environment for both small group reading and independent work across the room.\r\nAlready, these stools have transformed our small group reading time. They make our reading area feel welcoming, safe, and home-like, which encourages students to take risks, share ideas, and engage with texts more confidently. Just yesterday during our open house, parents noticed how student-friendly the space looked and commented on how much fun and inviting the classroom felt—and I truly believe these stools played a big part in that first impression.
