Dissecting these pellets allows students to have hands-on experience with food chains, helping them to understand how all life is connected. It engages them in critical thinking and helps them extend this learning to other species and to the impact that humans have on the world, both from a positive and negative perspective. Many of our students have never had the chance to experience this kind of hands-on learning and it truly opens their eyes to the world around them. It aids in their understanding of ecosystems, interdependence and conservation. Students absolutely loved this science lesson and talked about it for days after. \r\nWe are grateful for generous individuals like you who take the time and effort to help students become better stewards of our earth.
