Starting last April my students began running a school coffee cart for teachers and staff to purchase hot coffee from each Thursday morning. Orders were collected via a Google Form and students spent Wednesday after pre-assembling the orders divided by floor including cup, lid, K-cup, sugar, creamer and a stirrer. On Thursday mornings students would report to work at 7:45 am and put on their aprons and name tags and travel throughout the building making, delivering, and collecting payment for the coffee. \r\n\r\nThis project has made such a difference for my students and provided them with a hands on and interactive learning experience.
