The method books that you've helped provide shape the everyday curriculum of our band class. We are now able to move away from our older books (which are in serious disarray), and replace them with a more effective curriculum. I don't believe we'll truly understand the impact this curriculum will have on our students' musical literacy for a few years, but I know it will make a positive difference.\r\n\r\nOur students were so excited to see and handle the new books. They are in excellent condition, and for many of them, it was the first time they'd received a brand-new \"textbook\" in any class. Our next steps for this project will include implementing the new curriculum with our 6th and 7th graders, and phasing out the old textbooks with our current 8th graders. I'm so looking forward to future classes being able to use these resources for years to come.
