Even though we've only been in school for a short time, students were already re-reading favorites and asking daily if they could borrow books to take home. Several evenings in a row, a dozen students lined up at dismissal hoping to check out a book they \"just couldn't stop reading.\"\r\n\r\nThese books have quickly become the most loved items in our classroom. Students often have to be reminded to put their books down for lunch, recess, or dismissal because they are so deeply engaged in their stories. It has been wonderful to see students so excited about reading that they don't want to stop.\r\n\r\nYour support helped create a classroom environment where students feel encouraged to read, explore, and grow their love of learning.
