I feel it is very important to introduce my 7th graders to various reading material. We highlight a different book or author each week. We find various reading activities to complete we do research. The students complete a group presentations. These things are important because the students are now interested reading and even becoming authors. They see hope for their future! This is an eye opening project that encourage research and spark a new excitement for reading and learning.
