As mileage increased and workouts became more demanding, many athletes experienced less foot fatigue and fewer complaints of heel, arch, and lower-leg discomfort. The added cushioning and targeted support helped athletes better absorb impact from repetitive running, jumping, and sprinting drills, allowing them to train with more confidence and consistency.\r\n\r\nIn addition to reducing discomfort, the insoles played a role in injury prevention and recovery. Several athletes reported decreased soreness in their shins, ankles, and knees, which helped minimize missed practices during a critical phase of preseason conditioning. By improving alignment and distributing pressure more evenly, the insoles supported proper mechanics during workouts, especially for athletes returning from minor foot or lower-body issues.
