I've already seen students independently recognize their emotions and use this resource appropriately, which has helped them return to learning more calmly and confidently.\r\nWhen the students first saw the beanbag chair, their faces lit up with excitement and curiosity. They immediately understood that this was something special just for them—a place where their feelings matter. Several students commented on how cozy and calming it felt, and others shared that it made them feel \"safe\" or \"relaxed.\" It was heartwarming to see how quickly they respected the space and took turns using it, showing empathy for classmates who needed it most.\r\nThanks to your generosity, our next steps include continuing to build strong social-emotional skills through daily check-ins, mindfulness activities, and self-regulation strategies. The beanbag chair supports these lessons by giving students a physical tool to practice calming techniques and emotional awareness.
