The Amazon Fire HD Tablet that I am requesting for my students already has a "place of residence". In other words, I know exactly where the technology will go. We just need your help in getting it through our door! The donations to this project will help to improve my scholars' understanding of and capability in authentic, relevant reading and writing. By using the Amazon Tablet , my scholars will have a chance to become successful in the 21st century. I encourage my scholars to explore and become familiarized with handheld technological devices to better prepare them as they grow older and enter a college of their choice. These devices will be used for creating Google Documents for the ELA component, working on educational math games such as Splash Math and IXL, and will also be used for research of science and social studies topics.
