Last year I completed the first of the 4 components for my National Board Certification, and I can already feel a shift in my teaching. I appreciate the push for the reasoning behind my teaching the way that I do. \r\nI have begun to look into the other components, and I will prepare and submit them in May. When our students demonstrate characteristics of them being a H.A.W.K, they earn HAWK bucks.
