This technology empowers teachers to create customized resources that strengthen differentiated instruction and make classrooms more inclusive for students who benefit from visual cues and step‑by‑step explanations.\r\n\r\nWhat excites our students most is the opportunity provide constant visual reinforcement of classroom strategies, expectations, and reminders of upcoming school activities for both students and families. These large, vibrant displays help students stay focused, organized, and aware of the supports available to them throughout the school day. Seeing their learning tools and community events highlighted so prominently not only boosts engagement but also strengthens the connection between home and school.\r\n\r\nThis tool has been especially impactful for students who think visually or who sometimes struggle with traditional text‑heavy assignments. It supports critical thinking, enhances visual communication, and aligns with grant priorities focused on measurable impact and innovation. Upon receiving the items, I was able to immediately add them into our class's procedures in a way that allowed the students to be able to help themselves as needed to maintain a much cleaner and more productive environment.\r\n\r\nHaving tissues for example allowed me to better help those students with the sniffles and allergies who would always have to ask to leave the room to use the bathroom or visit the nurse for facial tissues. This allowed them to immediately handle their needs and with some hand sanitizer, they were able to once again focus on their work without the discomfort of a runny nose. Having the disinfecting spray also allowed me to be able to sanitize the common items more frequently, their desks, the keyboards, the highlighters and pens among other items that are used by four classes in one day. While I can't provide statistics as to how many students were or were not sick this year compared to the previous one, I did see a decrease in the length of that chain of students being sick one after the other.\r\n\r\nThe inclusion of more classroom supplies, specifically the multi-color pens and the individual headphones caused an immense excitement within my classroom. While some claimed the pens were a tad bit juvenile, they would regularly ask for them in our lessons when taking notes. They were eager to learn an appropriate strategy as to how they could be used and now want to apply it to assignments that don't call for it to be able to use the multiple color pens. The headphones were also a great aid in helping the students maintain an appropriate level of noise within the classroom. Some students commented on how it was easier to concentrate without having to block out everyone else's audios. My English Language Learners benefitted the most from it with how I saw that they were less shy about using the language learning audio lessons when they could do so privately and not call attention to themselves.\r\n\r\nKnowing that some basic supplies such as a pencil sharpener and highlighters made their day easier, allowed the students to advocate for themselves more frequently. Before some students would stay quiet and not complete work if they did not have their own necessary supplies. But with the donated items, I was able to have some out for them that they could borrow and easily complete their work with. There was no stigma around the items, you could just borrow what you needed for the period. There was one student in particular who borrows supplies everyday from friends and commented to me in private that it was nice to have supplies to use so she could stop asking to borrow her friends and potentially be made fun of due to her financial situation not allowing her to keep up with the expenses of replacing materials once they ran out or she lost them.\r\n\r\nAll in all, the students and myself are thankful that with these donations, we have been able to march forward with actual learning and not the small time consuming tasks of having to locate supplies when needed.
