Instead of just reading from a textbook, students explored rich stories, primary ideas, and perspectives that made history meaningful and exciting. Every student engaged with historical topics and continues to embark on a journey through America's past with curiosity and enthusiasm.\r\n\r\nWe began our adventure with a small wax museum in class and book reports, where students proudly shared what they learned. Looking ahead, we are excited to host a Trades Fair focused on traditional jobs, helping students understand how people lived and worked during different historical time periods. This May, we hope to go explore a real fort and go gold pan. \r\n\r\nYour support put history directly into the hands of our kids, and the impact will last far beyond this school year.
