They are in awe that the donors care so much about helping our students to make music in school. We feel very fortunate to have so many generous people support instrumental music at our school!\r\nWe are planning a spring performance for our school community, family and friends; and for many of my students this will be the first time that they are on stage performing. One unforgettable moment was during our first ensemble rehearsal when they realized how much easier it was to play comfortably. With the instruments at the perfect height, they were able to focus on their technique, play with better posture, and stay more engaged throughout the lesson. Their confidence and enthusiasm soared as they worked together to create a full, vibrant sound!\r\n\r\nThese stands have not only improved our musical experience but have also made our classroom much safer. Before the stands, the instruments were placed on the floor, which often led to students tripping over them or struggling to maneuver around the room. Now, with the instruments securely elevated, students can move more freely and focus on their playing without worrying about accidents. Plus, the stands help protect our instruments by preventing unnecessary wear and tear, ensuring that they stay in great condition for years to come.\r\n\r\nLooking ahead, I'm excited to see how these new stands will continue to enhance our upcoming performances. Students will have even more opportunities to showcase their skills and creativity, working together as a team to bring their music to life.
