Your donation truly makes a difference for students with disabilities, helping us create learning spaces that are engaging, accessible, and ready for every student to succeed.\r\n\r\nWe are especially excited about the new color printer you helped provide. Using it in our classroom allows us to print learning materials that are clear, visually organized, and tailored to student needs. The ability to select colors and create custom materials makes activities more engaging—and it helps students stay focused and motivated during practice and instruction. Your generosity also made it possible to have laminating sheets, which we use to create durable, reusable resources. Laminated materials are easier for students to handle, and they support repeated practice for skills like reading readiness, vocabulary building, matching, and comprehension. Because they can be wiped clean, laminated resources also help us keep materials in excellent condition throughout the school year.\r\n\r\nAnother big \"thank you\" goes to the cleaning supplies you provided. With those supplies, we're able to keep our classroom cleaner and fresher for our students—especially in areas where students interact with materials often. The cleaning support helps ensure that play and learning spaces stay tidy and welcoming every day.\r\n\r\nOur play/incentive area was revamped with a new carpet, and the change has been wonderful. Students love the new look and feel of the space—it makes it even more inviting as a place to relax, reset, and earn positive incentives.\r\n\r\nWe also received new pastel-colored pencils, and they were a big hit right away. Students were genuinely excited to use them, and their smiles and enthusiasm reminded us how meaningful it is to have new tools.\r\n\r\nFinally, we have been using the headphones for testing, and the students appreciate them. They enjoy the comfortable feel, and they really like the design and look of the headphones—something small that made a big difference in how confidently they participate during testing.\r\n\r\nBecause of you, students are not only receiving helpful resources—they're also experiencing the joy of using new, student-friendly materials. We've seen firsthand how happy and motivated they are when the classroom includes tools that support them and make learning feel more exciting.\r\n\r\nThank you again for investing in our students' learning and well-being. With these books, our teachers will be able to collaborate and build consistently meaningful learning experiences for their students. \r\n\r\n\"Number Talks: Fractions, Decimals, and Percentages\" outlines purposefully designed number talks in a cohesive order using a research-based sequence for children's brains. Rather than guessing how to support their students, this book will provide the necessary framework for building deep conceptual learning around fractions, decimals, and percentages. \r\n\r\nDuring our most recent book talk, we discussed the difference between teaching students procedures versus learning through experiences. The teachers loved how the book is changing their perception of math and how it is taught in classrooms. Thank you for providing this rich discussion for our students and building a framework for learning that will continue to evolve.
