My students are very excited to learn a new skill and add to their coffee cart. With your donation they are able to continue to expand their knowledge and skills. My hope is that my having our coffee cart, the students will be able to take the skills they are learning and transition them into their adult lives. Teaching skills such as food service, hygiene and job skills are so important to start at a young age. The lego sets made a great addition to this class and the students could not wait to have a chance to build them. The three sets purchasing with the donated funds challenged my students a great deal as the Notre Dame cathedral and Hogwarts Castle took several weeks to build. \r\nAt the beginning of the school year my class had limited number of lego sets, especially complex ones. The students enjoy being challenged with new sets and since this project was funded, there have been several new sets added through other donors.
