My classroom is in a mobile unit and is small. With student desks, book shelves, and storage for supplies, there just wasn't room for a large table for students to meet at during small group lessons. For the past two years, my students and I have met on the floor for these groups. This table is small enough that it fits perfectly into the room! \r\nStudents meet at the table for reading and math groups with me. They also use it to meet when they are working on a project or playing a game. This table has made the room more comfortable for students. Students are more focused on the material we are covering now that they are sitting at the table instead of on the floor. I am sure that my future classes for many years will enjoy this working space!
