My hope is that I will be able to give my students the advantage of flexible seating and therefore advance their learning. A comfortable safe place to learn is the foundation of success and giving them the "comfort" will set the stage for academic improvement. I will create a stage for a quiet independent reading station in my classroom library. I will allow my students the opportunity to wiggle freely while working in small groups and independently. I am optimistic and confident that giving my students alternate ways to sit and learn will optimize their learning and success
