Your support is helping our players become more competitive and teaching them the value of hard work as they strive toward their goals. After our high school basketball program was paused in 2020, this past year marked our first season back. Before your donation, the girls were practicing with just a handful of basketballs that were over five years old. Seeing their faces light up when they saw a rack of brand-new, high-quality basketballs was a highlight of our season.\r\n\r\nThe impact of this equipment was immediate. The students have been using the basketball racks to streamline their shooting drills; we were pleasantly surprised to find that the slight lean in the racks allows the balls to roll down automatically, making it much easier for players to grab the next ball and maintain their rhythm.\r\n\r\nAdditionally, since our school currently lacks a dedicated weight room, the exercise bands have been a \"game changer.\" The included workout guide has allowed the students to take ownership of their strength training. We are already looking forward to utilizing these tools even more during our summer sports-specific training sessions.
