The smaller court size, lighter paddles, and slower-moving ball make it accessible and enjoyable, even for beginners. Students who were previously hesitant to participate in physical activity are now excited to play, cheer each other on, and stay moving.\r\n\r\nBeyond the physical benefits, pickleball has helped our students build important social-emotional skills like cooperation, communication, and sportsmanship.
