The fluorescent light covers and LED light strips have completely changed the feel of our room. When my students first walked in and saw the new lighting, their faces lit up just as much as the room did. They immediately commented on how much calmer and more comfortable it felt. Several mentioned how nice it was not to be \"hit in the face\" with bright fluorescent lights all day. That sense of calm has made such a difference in their focus and overall mood.\r\n\r\nWe are also using the magnet tape to run our daily lunch choice board. I created cursive name labels for each student, and they move their magnet each morning as they enter. This simple routine has become such a smooth and empowering start to our day. It helps us efficiently collect lunch count and take attendance, and it gives students immediate ownership of their responsibilities the moment they walk in.\r\n\r\nThe math and reading posters have already become part of our instruction. We are currently working on fraction multiplication, and the multiplication chart poster has been especially helpful as students build confidence with their computations.
