As soon as we received the boxes, the students were overwhelmed with excitement. This is the first time we got brand new books, specifically gifted to our classroom and it truly made our students feel extremely special. \r\nWe have already begun to use these books in small-group instruction. The biggest challenge was deciding which book we should start with! Students began reading Clemintine and instantly fell in love with it. The characters are relatable and the humor really hooked readers in. They were even more excited when they saw we received book 2 and 3 out of the series! I am sure we will be looking for books 4 and 5 soon. \r\n\r\nThank you again for your help in providing to our students. We truly believe that brand new books create a sense of excitement and pride in reading.
