Firstly, these goals have allowed students of various heights and skill levels to participate in basketball games and drills with ease. By being able to lower the goal to an appropriate height for each student, all students have been able to improve their shooting and scoring abilities, leading to increased confidence and enjoyment of the sport.\r\n\r\nAdditionally, the adjustable goals have made it possible for the students to gradually increase the height as they improve their skills, creating a sense of progression and achievement. This has motivated the students to practice more frequently and work on their basketball skills outside of our scheduled class time.\r\n\r\nOverall, the use of adjustable basketball goals has helped to improve the overall engagement and participation of my elementary students in basketball activities. It has also allowed for more personalized instruction and support, leading to an increase in skill development and confidence among all students.
